"Wicked Ways" is the upcoming twelfth and final level in Dark Deception. It will be playable in Chapter 5. This level will take place in an unknown location. This level may feature Bierce as an enemy. This level requires the player to S-rank all previous levels, and to read all the E notes. Beating this level will reward the player with the true Ending.

- Wicked Ways will be unlocked when all the previous levels are S ranked, and all of Elise's secret notes are found and read, which will uncover the game's true ending.
- According to the 30th Q&A, you must also beat "Wicked Ways" with S-Rank to unlock the true ending.
- The names of this level and level 11 were accidentally revealed in the files of Super Dark Deception after its release.
- In the 28th Q&A, Vince said that this is the thirteenth level. However, later in the 29th Q&A Vince said that it's the 12th level, and that there's no level 13.
- In the 29th Q&A, this level was confirmed to be larger than "Stranger Sewers" but smaller than "Mascot Mayhem".
- It is also the smallest level in Chapter 5.
