Silent Sacrifice is a level that contains the town of "Silent Hill" as it location in Monsters & Mortals.
Description[]
This location is based off the first Silent Hill game, with many of the locations from the first game appearing throughout the town. Such as Midwich Elementary School, a gas station, Julio's auto parts, and the Balkman Church to name a few locations in the town. The map takes place in the Fog World.
The map also features six Air Screamers as the trap time hazards, flying at whoever gets into their territory to repeatedly kick them. When boss time is activated, sirens blare as Silent Hill shifts into the Otherworld, causing the streets of the town to turn into grated floors with nothing lying beneath them except a vast dark "chasm", the signs and buildings will be rotten and rusty as if they have been abandoned for years, the trees will die, the sky will darken, and two Red Pyramid Things spawn in, relentlessly chasing and teleporting next to a chosen player, only switching targets once their intended victim dies. Once boss time ends, the town reverts back to the Fog World.

Themes[]
- This is for the town of Silent Hill itself. For the themes of the creatures that inhabit this town, see the Nurse, Robbie the Rabbit, Air Screamers, and the Red Pyramid Things.
In the past, the site was considered sacred ground, home to cults who regularly performed rituals. Eventually, when settlers arrived, they established the town of Silent Hill solely for execution. Most of the villagers were executioners. Over time, all that was remembered of the town were the executions. In the modern day, the town is an active tourist spot with many nasty rumors and popular local legends surrounding it. Occasionally, the town manifests in the form of unnatural planes of existence, the obscured and abandoned Fog World, and the Otherworld, which is dominated by blood, decaying organic matter, and rusted metal.
Trivia[]
- Currently the biggest map in the game & costs the most soul shards in order to open the exit in Maze Escape. Requiring 750, originally 1K on launch day and 850 before dedicated servers were added.
- This map also has the most easter eggs in it.
- This is also the only map where an easter egg is hidden behind a fake wall unlike other maps where theirs are out in the open.
