Nikson is a playable character exclusive to Monsters & Mortals. He is part of the Mortals team alongside Glowstick Vince and PenPen.
Appearance[]
Nikson appears to be a male wearing a Lucky the Rabbit mask, though it has black sunglasses and a formal business attire with black tie. He wields a grey aluminum baseball bat.
Gameplay[]
As a Mortal of the Balanced class, Nikson performs equally in soul shard collection, combat, evasion and has average Hp. His stats are identical to other mortals of his class. Making him a great character to play as to learn the game's "ropes". He attacks with his aluminium baseball bat.
His ultimate ability, "Shard Hack", When activated, will hack the game so he can collect soul shards within a 20 meter radius of himself that is found on the map. He will collect more shards depending on how many shards are close to him at the moment it is used. Being able to get a max of 30 soul shards.
Trivia[]
- Originally the 3 Glowstick Entertainment mortals were going to be added for free at a later date. They were added on launch instead because Steam did not publish the game since it was the weekend. Giving them more time to fully implement them on release.
- Previously, Shard Hack used to steal 30% of the shards, this was changed for Balanced reasons and reduced to 20% sometime shortly after the Monstrum DLC released. The change was even talked about in a livestream shortly after the 45 minute mark.
- This would later get a complete rework to how it is now. Likely since now Soul Collection is 6 players and Maze Escape now has 4 Mortals as of 1.6.6
