The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters DLC includes:
- Dokkaebi Market map (Dokkaebi's Domain) with the Butcher as the “Boss Time” NPC and tentacle traps.
- Mina Park and Yaesol as a playable mortal characters.
- Darkest Song as a playable monster character.

- When the steam store page released it strangely didn't list Vicious Sister despite promo material for her being on the Steam store page itself.
- Turns out this would just be an alternative skin.
- When the DLC released the Blood Moon effect wasn't added to boss time, meaning when it occurred on the map nothing would visually change
- Despite the DLC being based on The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters, it has content from The Coma: Recut, a remake of the first Coma game and The Coma 2B: Catacomb, the 3rd game that takes place between the other two games
- The content is the Summer Wear skin for Yaesol and the trap time music titled, Chase from Recut and some locations on the map from Catacomb
