Dawko is a playable mortal that appears in Monsters & Mortals. He was released alongside with 8-Bit Ryan and SuperHorrorBro in the UK Creators Pack.
Like other Support Mortals using a heavy attack on a teammate will heal them for 5 HP per hit.
Appearance[]
Dawko is an English, pale-skinned male with brown hair, a light blue eye (left) and a purple eye (right). He wears a white shirt with a purple overcoat with purple stars, a purple bow tie, purple pants, black shoes, and yellowish worn out gloves.
Lore[]
Dawko was prepared to play Monsters & Mortals for a YouTube video as usual. He turned on the camera and made his intro, when suddenly Malak appeared on his screen. He said "I'm coming to collect what is owed, and I'm bringing your worst nightmares with me" and pulled him into the game. He then found himself inside the Hotel where he could hear a few more people talking. He ran up to them and saw that they were 8-Bit Ryan and SuperHorrorBro. It seems that all three of them were sharing the same fate.
Gameplay[]
As a Mortal of the Support class he is more than average at collecting shards, movement speed, has the 2nd most Health a Mortal can have at max, low attack cooldown, and if you use your heavy attack on a teammate you will automatically heal them for 5 HP but, he doesn't do a lot of damage. He attacks and heals by slashing (light attack) or stabbing (heavy attack) with his knife.
His Ultimate Ability, "Darkest Desire", will give himself and all other players regardless of the gamemode an immunity to all light and heavy attacks for 15 seconds. Making this great for escaping, recovering, collecting souls shards, and getting a portal box. However, ultimate abilities, traps, bosses, and Phantom Malak will still hurt all players so don't use this if you're being chased or attacked by those since you will get less use out of it.
Trivia[]
- His ultimate ability, "Darkest Desire", is a reference to the song of the same name created by Lewis and DHeusta, which focuses on Glitchtrap from FNAF VR possessing and making Dawko his minion.
- His ability itself references how Glitchtrap is a virus.
- One of his death lines "Oh Sugar!" is a nod to the same phrase Dawko says to "Censor" out swearing in his videos.
- Unlike every other character reveal, who uses their default skin for their reveal, Dawko’s reveal seems to feature a scrapped default skin or the “Night Guard” skin.
