Dark Deception 2 is the upcoming sequel for Dark Deception. The existence of this game was confirmed by Glowstick Entertainment on a tweet asking what's coming next after Chapter 5. Not much is known about it as of now, other than it will be a sequel to Dark Deception and will be on the works after the first series is done. A Twitter page for it was made as of February 20, 2020.
Though formally stated by Vince Livings in the 6th Q&A that Dark Deception 2 would not include chapters, the 15th Q&A retracted this. It will have chapters.

- As confirmed by Vince in the fifth Q&A video, Dark Deception 2 will expand the universe of Dark Deception.
- As confirmed by Vince in the fifth Q&A video, the game will feature completely new monsters that weren't in the first Dark Deception game.
- Dark Deception 2 was decided to keep the chapter aspect unlike the former statements of full story, due to its importance and ease to level development. The chapter aspect will most likely continue for the entire 3 game series.
- Vince claims that Dark Deception 2 is the second season of Dark Deception, and that there will be three games in total.
