Cybill Bennett is a playable mortal that appears in Dark Deception: Monsters & Mortals. She was released alongside with Robbie the Rabbit, Nurse and Heather Mason in the Silent Hill pack.
Appearance[]
Cybill's appearance is based off of her debut in the first Silent Hill game. Wearing a police uniform with her badge, gun holster and two pockets. She is also wearing black gloves, black shoes, black pants, and a black belt.
Her appearance is 1:1 of her design in the cutscenes of Silent Hill and does not have any notable changes.
Gameplay[]
As a Mortal of the Ranged class Cybil Bennett is a bit more than average in soul shard collecting, movement speed, and has an average amount of Hp. Her downside is that she does less damage than the Balanced Mortals and her heavy attack being ranged, has a longer cooldown between attacks.
Interestingly, her heavy attack has more range than other heavy attacks. Similar to Dread Ducky's light attack having more range. She attacks with a police handgun she uses from her debut game. Hitting her target with her gun (light attack) or shooting them (heavy attack).
Her Ultimate Ability, "Incapacitate", when used on an enemy will do 10% damage depending on the targets max Hp (Refer to UA Damage in the statistics for the specifics), and will empty out their Ultimate Ability Meter and prevent it from charging up for 15 seconds. This is useful against enemies so they cannot use it against you giving you an advantage to fight them or escape without a worry of them catching up using their ultimate ability.
